Clean linen and complimentary tea, coffee, and sweets were thoughtful touches. The breakfast offered a delightful continental spread, with fresh options available for self-service. The staff, especially the owner, showed exceptional kindness and helpfulness, even providing directions to local attractions. The hotel's quirky decor added charm to the experience, highlighting unique artifacts. A downside was the narrow and steep stairs, which could be challenging for those with mobility issues. Breakfast seating area felt cramped, making it tricky during busy times. Limited drink options at the bar were disappointing, especially for those seeking something beyond basic soft drinks. Nevertheless, easy access to the beachfront and local eateries made it convenient. I would happily recommend this hotel, especially for its warm hospitality and cozy environment.

Unfortunately, my family room had many issues. The shower's water pressure was dismal, making it a frustrating experience. There were also cobwebs and dust in the corners, which added to my disappointment.

Had a blast with friends! The room was spacious and super clean. Breakfast was brilliant, especially being able to take it back to the room. The location is perfect, just a short walk to two fun spots, the beach and the promenade. Don't miss out on the nearby Port of Immingham and Immingham Golf Club.

The Twin Room was cosy and had clean linen. Loved the little fridge—such a nice surprise! The room was quiet, even with a bar below. Plenty of amenities too, like a TV with Freesat, kettle, and hair dryer. The staff were super friendly, especially Harry, who made us feel really welcome. Only downside was the stairs, but they were flexible with any needs we had. Would definitely stay again!

I recently stayed here for one night in a family room, which was impressively spacious with comfortable bedding for the entire family. The breakfast was truly delightful, with a variety of options prepared perfectly to start the day. the stairs in the hotel might be a bit challenging for those with mobility issues.

This place suits me perfectly, providing wi-fi, free parking, and luggage storage. On my first stay, the staff helped me return my forgotten headphones, which I appreciate. I'd recommend enjoying a drink in the lounge area. I'm coming back for a trip!
